Experience Mountain Trek at two spectacular health spa locations chosen for their stunning landscapes, world-class hiking trails and healthy, stress-free environments: British Columbia, Canada and Baja, Mexico. Our British Columbia program, located by the shores of Kootenay Lake 50 miles north of the U.S. border, operates from April through October (with special “Turkey Burner” snow-shoeing sessions in late December and early January). Our Baja, Mexico program, located at the renowned spa resort, Rancho La Puerta, just an hour south of San Diego, operates in November and February. Although Mountain Trek’s unique, high-energy, stress-busting program is the same whichever location you choose, the different locales give different flavors to the experience.
