We Get Questions! You Get Answers

It's a big commitment to come to a fitness and weight loss boot camp, and before you commit yourself, you're bound to have a few questions.

Who comes to Mountain Trek?
Our guests are typically from large cities, mainly in the USA, with stressful professional jobs, and a need for a productive but restful vacation. Our male/female ratio is 30/70 over the season, and most guests are between 30 and 60. There is not an average fitness level: every week there are guests getting back into shape as well as super-fit individuals. We cater to all.

How far ahead do I have to book?
Tough question. Some weeks fill up 6 months in advance, and others still have space 2 weeks prior to arrival date. The most popular season is July 1 through mid September. Call us at 1-800-661-5161 to check current availability.

How many massages are included?
3-50 minute Swedish massages in 7-night programs. Extras are available.

Will I need to bring a rain jacket, hat and gloves in July or August?
Yes.

Really?

Are you sure?
