Living a healthy and happiness centered life doesn't happen without reinforcing our BELIEFS. Take your mind to the gym by exercising the power of positive thinking. Here's a simple exercise. Maybe you've tried it before. Maybe you've wondered if you should try it. Give it a try. We feel pretty confident about this method. Write a few inspirational quotes on sticky notes and place them on your bathroom mirror or car dash board or around your computer monitor or office desk. Read these messages out loud to anchor them into both the Conscious and Unconscious parts of your Brain.
For Endurance Training, try repeating the quotes; start with 2 sets of 15 repetitions, for 1 week.
